The Company provides digital training courses, resources, anddevelopment sessions for individuals and organizations.

 

2. Investment & Payment:

All investment fees are payable upon receipt of services unlessotherwise agreed in writing.

 

Sessions and e-courses will not begin until payment is received in fulland any required agreements are signed.

All sales are final.

 

3. Refund Policy

No sessions, courses, or services provided by the Company arerefundable.

Digital products are considered “delivered” once access has beengranted.

 

4. Client Responsibility & Liability

Each client is solely responsible for their own choices, decisions, and directions based on the insights or strategies provided.

 

The Company shall not be liable for any actions taken by the client that may result in legal, family, career, financial, business, or personal harm of any kind.

 

Services are provided strictly for educational and professional development purposes and should not be considered legal, financial, or medical advice.

 

5. Session Terms

Sessions are not contractual and may begin or end when either the client or provider gives reasonable notice.

 

Scheduling of sessions will be mutually agreed upon for the convenience of both parties.

 

The Company reserves the right to accept or decline clients based on a “need match” concept.

 

6. Confidentiality

All information shared during sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties, except as required by law.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, and resources provided by the Company remain the intellectual property of the Company.

 

Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use materials for personal or organizational growth. Materials may not be reproduced, resold, or redistributed without prior written consent.

 

8. Termination of Services

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services if these terms are violated.

 

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of the users, without regard to conflict of law principles.

 

10. Agreement

By purchasing or participating in our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions, and that Betterversity.com, WRW International, LLC, Kairos International, and their affiliates, owners, and representatives are released from liability regarding your use of services and any actions you take thereafter.
